The inquiry form collects your name, email address, city or project location, selected topic, message, privacy acknowledgment and any company name or short brief you choose to add. Please do not provide passwords, payment card details, identification documents or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use these details to review and respond to your request, clarify requirements, discuss a quotation or scope and communicate about services you have requested. Submitting the form does not create an account, place an order, confirm availability or enroll you in marketing.
How the form works
Your message is sent to our team’s mailbox. The new website does not maintain a separate database of form submissions or send an automatic email to an address entered by a visitor. A team member handles follow-up. See service emails for the kinds of replies you may receive.
Service providers and sharing
Our hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver messages. We do not sell inquiry details. Relevant information may be shared with an agreed project provider when necessary to fulfill your request, or where a legal obligation requires it. Provider systems may process data in countries other than your own.
Essential cookies and technical information
The form uses an essential session cookie to protect against forged requests. It expires with the browser session. To limit abuse, the server stores keyed hashes of an IP address and email address, together with request counts and times; these files do not contain your message and files older than a day are removed when requests are processed. Hosting systems may keep technical access and security logs. This new website includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
How long information is kept
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting service, and where needed for accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution or an applicable warranty. It is not retained for unrelated marketing. You may ask us to review or delete an inquiry that is no longer needed.
Your choices
Email hello@softsol-uk.com to request access to your inquiry details, correct them, ask for deletion or withdraw permission for optional follow-up. Our team reviews these requests and may need proportionate verification. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate or legal reasons. You may ask us to stop nonessential emails or agree another contact method.
